NDIS Allied Health Western Sydney

Helping You Move Forward, Your Way

At Health Journey Partner, we believe everyone deserves support that feels human, respectful and genuinely uplifting. Across Western Sydney, we are an NDIS Provider who works alongside participants, families and carers to make allied health care simpler, more accessible, and more centred around what truly matters to you; your goals, your independence, and your everyday life.

We meet you where you are, at home, at school, at work, or through secure telehealth, because support should fit into your life, not disrupt it. Every plan is tailored to your needs and built around real-life outcomes, with care that is steady, thoughtful and responsive.

If you’re ready for allied health care that feels clear, supportive and built around you, we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

NDIS Allied Health That Puts You First

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. That’s why we make every part of your journey calm, clear and reassuring.

Local Knowledge

We’re part of the Western Sydney community, and we understand the everyday realities our clients face. This helps us provide support that’s practical, grounded and truly relevant to you and not just what’s written in a care plan.

Quality Care Guaranteed

We want you to feel confident from the very beginning. If you’re not satisfied after your initial consultation, you don’t pay. It’s our way of showing that your trust matters, and that we stand behind the care we provide.

Clear Communication for Your Whole Team

We keep things simple, open and transparent so participants, families, carers and support coordinators stay on the same page. You’ll always know what’s happening, what it means, and what the next step looks like.

One Dedicated Person, Not a Rotating Team

You’ll have one consistent point of contact who truly gets to know you, your goals, your story, and your care plan. That continuity means no repeating yourself and no starting over, just steady, familiar support that builds trust over time.

Support That Fits Into Your Life

We come to you for in-home visits, or connect with you via secure telehealth when that’s easier. There’s no need to travel, sit in waiting rooms, or reshape your day around appointments; care is delivered in a way that respects your time, comfort and routine.

Fast Responses and Quicker Starts

When you reach out, you’ll be heard. Call, email or send a referral and we’ll respond within the hour during business hours. We also aim to book your first session within one to two weeks, because when you’re ready for support, waiting shouldn’t stand in the way of progress.

How NDIS Funding Works in Western Sydney

And How We Support You

If you’re unsure whether your NDIS plan covers the support you need, you’re not alone. The NDIS can feel complex at first, but it doesn’t have to be. Here’s a simple breakdown to help you understand how it works and how we can support you.

Who is Eligible for NDIS in Western Sydney?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme supports Australians under 65 with a permanent and significant disability. If you live in Western Sydney, NSW, and meet the NDIS eligibility requirements, you can access funded supports, including allied health, therapy, and daily living assistance. Not sure where you stand? Get in touch. We’ll talk it through with you, no pressure.

Using Your NDIS Plan With Us

We work with every NDIS plan type:

  • NDIA-managed: We invoice the NDIS directly.
  • Plan-managed: Your plan manager handles our invoices.
  • Self-managed: You pay, we invoice, and you claim.

Whichever plan you’re on, you get the same quality care from the same dedicated team.

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) that support the right funding

Functional Capacity Assessments help clearly show how your disability impacts daily life. These reports are often used for  NDIS access requests, plan reviews, or requests for additional support when submitting a change of circumstances. We take a thorough, real-world approach so your report reflects your day-to-day needs and helps ensure your funding matches the support required.

Making Your NDIS Plan Work Harder for You

It’s common for NDIS participants to have funding that isn’t fully used, not because the support isn’t needed, but because it can be difficult to find the right providers and coordinate everything.

We help bridge that gap by turning your plan into meaningful, practical support through clear communication, coordinated care, and regular updates with your support team. Our focus is on making sure your funding translates into real progress in your everyday life.

What Our Participants and Partners Say

Frequently Asked Questions

NDIS services and therapy options can feel a bit confusing. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Here are the questions we get asked the most.

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that provides funding and support for people living with a permanent and significant disability. For participants across Western Sydney, this funding can be used to access allied health services such as therapy, assistive equipment, and supports that help build independence and improve everyday quality of life.

Who is eligible for NDIS allied health in Western Sydney?

If you are an NDIS participant living in areas such as Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, Campbelltown or surrounding suburbs, and your plan includes allied health funding, you may be eligible for services like occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, speech pathology and more. Eligibility depends on your individual NDIS plan and approved supports.

How do I access allied health through my NDIS plan?

Once your NDIS plan is active and includes allied health funding, you’re free to choose your provider. Simply contact our team and we’ll guide you through the process, explain your options, and help you get started in a way that feels simple and stress-free.

What plan management options do you support?

We work with all NDIS plan types across Western Sydney, including:

  • Self-managed participants
  • Plan-managed participants
  • NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants

No matter how your plan is managed, we make accessing care straightforward and consistent.

Where do you provide NDIS services in Western Sydney?

We provide mobile allied health services across Greater Western Sydney, including:

  • Parramatta and surrounds
  • Blacktown and surrounds
  • The Hills District
  • Liverpool, Fairfield and South West Sydney
  • Campbelltown and surrounds

If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, just reach out today.

Do I need a referral to access your services?

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to get started. If you have a support coordinator, they can also refer you, and we’ll keep them updated throughout your care journey.

What is a Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)?

A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) is a detailed assessment followed by a report that looks at how you manage everyday activities and what supports you may need. It’s completed by qualified allied health professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, or psychologists, depending on your situation. FCAs are often used for NDIS plan reviews or funding applications.

How quickly can I start receiving services?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one hour during business hours. In most cases, initial appointments are scheduled within one to two weeks, depending on availability and your needs.

Can you work with my Support Coordinator, family, or support workers?

Yes. We regularly work alongside support coordinators, families, carers, and support workers across Western Sydney to ensure care is consistent, coordinated, and aligned with your goals.

Are there any gap fees for NDIS-funded services?

No. We follow the official NDIS pricing arrangements. There are no hidden costs or gap fees for eligible NDIS-funded services.

Do you offer private allied health services?

Yes. In addition to NDIS supports, we also provide private allied health services for individuals who are not NDIS participants or who prefer to self-fund their sessions.

Are your services available in other languages?

Yes. Our team includes clinicians who speak multiple languages, helping ensure communication is clear, comfortable, and culturally appropriate wherever possible.
